GGC Sparks Badges

Hello Readers!  I've posted the GGC Guide badges and GGC Brownies badges. Now here are the GGC Sparks badges. This is a good resource for Guiders outside of Canada, parents who are not sure about the name of a badge, and for collectors!
{Not sure if I will be posting the Pathfinder badges since I do not have those images yet}

 PS...Sparks is for girls age 5-6

    1. Hi there....you would need the Sparks program book which lists the requirements for the badges. {I do not have a Sparks program book}

    2. I couldn't find it the go sparks go book. How do the girls get the cookie badges? I was told there wasn't a badge for cookies.

    3. Hi Tori....I am not up to date on the Sparks program. I do know that the Guide program book has a list of requirements for the Cookies Rising badge but not sure about how the Sparks earn the Cookie Rising badges.

    4. The requirements for Sparks Keeper badges is found in the Spark Leader's manual. The girl's book (Go Sparks Go) is basically only an activity book...colouring and activity sheets and stories.

  4. for the girls to get the cookies rising badge I have my girls go to sears day for selling cookies and I also do games on safety and also talk to them about the history and fun facts about cookies. we talk about where we want to spend what we make from selling and we also made a box of cookies for a swab.

    1. Hi Anonymous...Yes, that is what we usually do with our Guides and Brownies too. {We did not sell at Sears but we sell cookies and all the other things you had mentioned to earn the cookies rising badge}. Must be the same idea to earn the Cookies Rising badges for all branches of Guiding. Thanks for your comment and for visiting Owl & Toadstool

  5. The BC Program Committee has put together a series of Cookie Instant meetings that fulfill the requirements of the Cookies Rising badges. There are meetings for each branch (Sparks-Pathfinder). The are available on the BC Girl Guides Website under Program, Instant Meetings. Just in case anyone was looking for new ideas :)
